Overview

Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On – Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and processes.
  • Willingness to be cross trained across Plant Unit functions.

Qualifications

  • Operational Gold Process Plant Experience (Min. OP 3 Level)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Multistage crushing experience.
  • CIL operational experience 
  • Cyanide destruct operational experience

Preferred Skills 

  • Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.
  • Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs throughout a work shift.
  • Ability to work night shift and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Forklift and crane operation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
