Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, the Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment and supporting the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain qualified employees across the organization.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Prince George or Vanderhoof areas, as the successful candidate will be expected to work primarily from the Prince George office on a Monday to Friday schedule. Regular travel to the Blackwater Mine site, approximately once per month. While this is the preferred working arrangement, remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
Working closely with operational leaders and the Human Resources team, the Recruiter partners with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, identify innovative sourcing opportunities, and deliver efficient, high-quality hiring processes that support BW Gold's operational objectives while continuously improving the organization's overall talent acquisition function.
